Cash, checks, and credit cards accepted. There is a 3% fee added for cards.
FSA and HSA accounts can be used for acupuncture.
Please give 24 hours notification if cancelling. No shows or cancellations under 24 hours are subject to the following charges: $120 for initial visit and $75 for follow up visits.
I only accept VA insurance. Veterans need to have a referral for acupuncture treatments.
I do not accept any other insurances. (Even if it shows my name - it just means they haven't removed me from their site.)
